Former porn model Shawn Wolfe dead at 35

Sadly, Shawn Wolfe (Shawn Paul Bertrand Jr.) has passed. His mother, Valerie Wellner, revealed that the cause of death was a drug overdose.

Wellner shared the news :

“Thank you for all of your kind words. Shawn was a light in this world and he is now a light in Heaven…. He is also with all of his friends and family who went before him…. [When he died,] he was at someone’s home whom we don’t know where that was or who he was with. This is not a message of blame."

Wellner said Wolfe had been living at Bailey-Boushay House in Seattle; it provides support for people with HIV/AIDS, as well as offering end-of-life care for people with ALS and other health issues.

“We have retrieved what belongings that were there,” Wellner revealed. “However we don’t know where his clothes and other personal items might be. If anyone has any information about this, all we want is to get them back to his family.”

Wolfe got his start in porn back in 2009, when he appeared as Drew for Sean Cody. He went on to work with major studios like Hot House and Falcon.

“He was a dear soul, his death is just tragic," performer David Benjamin tweeted. "My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. May he rest in peace.”
