No Gay's on Facebook

Even with 30 million users, you're going to be hard pressed to find a single Gay on . Although a common Anglo Saxon surname, Gay is not considered a legitimate entry when signing up for a new account.

The site does not actively discriminate against men into men. It even allows you to indicate a preference for same sex relationships. However, certain words are flagged by their system to block out "fake" members. And you guessed it, gay is one of those words.

After a little digging, we discovered that Mr. Straight and Mrs. Hitler are both acceptable. Harry Dicks are welcome, too.
