The Arizona high school student faced 69 charges after freeing his willy on a dare; his penis went unnoticed, and the picture made it into the yearbook. Many of the charges involved furnishing harmful materials to minors, which could have resulted in him being labeled a sex offender.

Now the local police can go after someone who has actually done something wrong!
