Denis Reed died this past weekend while out for a spin on his motorcycle. He leaves behind a wife and son.

 

The 31-year-old might be better known to gay porn fans as Jan Velička, Pavel Matous, Honza XL or Jan Vector, the various names he used while shooting videos for William Higgins, Staxus, and CzechBoys. He also produced and directed material for Czech Hunter, a website featuring gay-for-pay models.

 

He had been part of the industry for 12 years and made over a hundred films for both the gay and the straight porn market.

 

His rep shared the news on Facebook: “In a sharp right-hand bend on the horizon mishandled his machine, the motorcycle fell to the ground and flew straight into a tree. During transport to hospital [he] succumbed to serious injuries. We['ve] see the moto pictures but we will not publish them.”

 

The news was also shared through Twitter.

We wake up here in Canada and we learn that Denis had a motorcycle accident and died. We think of his wife and son

Czech media revealed that Reed's wife had repeatedly asked him to get rid of his motorcycle.

 

A truly sad loss.
