Amateurs Do It showcases a varied crew of real Australians -- from 18 to 40 years old -- in videos that have a deliberately homemade feel to them. Although the videos do vary a great deal in quality, and some of the interviews are rather long, this site is appealing and almost innocent in its own way.

Tour

The Amateurs Do It tour starts off the page with a video trailer of the most recent scene. Scroll down the page and there are graphics and preview clips for three additional videos. If you click on the "Videos" menu item, you can review the full catalog of scenes but you cannot watch the trailer; clicking on the video's image will take you to the sign-up page.

Usability

The design of Amateurs Do It is simple and straightforward. Getting around is easy, with obvious links to the "Videos," "Pictures," "Amateurs" and bonus "Feeds". You can rate the scenes and save your favorites for easy access. There is a search bar if you are looking for something specific, and each scene includes clickable key words to help you find similar content.

The Men and the Action

The over 215 men of Amateurs Do It can't be pigeon-holed, though a big majority are white Aussies (so expect lots of uncut dicks and sexy Down Under accents). The age ranges from 18 to 40 and there is a variety of body types. The action covers all the basics and the men are usually really into the sex. In mid-2011 the site evolved from all-solo to a menu that includes duos and groups.

There are text descriptions for every video on the site, and many of them start with the camera man interviewing the guy(s).

Video Details

Overall the technical quality of the videos is average. For the most part the videos have good lighting and lots of angles and close-ups, though the camera moves around a lot. Some videos have still camera pops and flashes during the shoot, a practice we thought had disappeared years ago.

There are 500 videos on the site, though some of them are actually one video divided into two or more parts, and some older updates are interviews only. The site is updated once a week. - galleries no longer seem to contain hundreds of images, but have been reduced to between 15 and 40.

Image and Other Content

There are image galleries for most of the sex videos and these are digital photos available in three different sizes - a nice touch. The galleries no longer contain 200 to 300 images, with recent releases limited to a more manageable 10 to 40 quality pics. You can run them in slideshow or download the whole set in a zip file. Membership to Amateurs Do It also includes 3500 additional videos to choose from in the "Feeds" section.

Summing Up

Amateurs Do It is still working out the difference between "amateur" and "amateurish". This shows in the quality of some of the videos and in the basic navigation and design. But at 500 episodes, this site is good value for true amateur fans.
